Pork Belly : Slow cooked and drizzled with apple sauce, served on a bed of mash
Butter Chicken : Chicken fillet smothered with traditional spicy sauce and served with savory rice.
Karoo Lambs Nek : Slow cooked with a rosemary and lemon sauce and served with mash and peas
Affogato : Ice cream laced with Lavazza coffee, a shot of Amarula and topped with chocolate shavings
