🫶 Appreciation post 🫶 Restaurants are probably one of the toughest games to be in: high pressure, hot kitchens, and lots of Elastoplast.
But these guys do it with grace and smiles. (Okay sometimes they lose the smile part when things get crazy, but MOST of the time it's there!)
From our scullers, who wash every spoon, cup, and pot, to our pastry chef who bakes every biscuit and biscotti, from back-of-house to front-house, let's give them a standing ovation. 👏🏽👏🏼👏👏🏿
