Pork Fillet and Maple Roasted Pears in the French Sauce of Cider and Wholegrain Mustard. The Fillet is marinated in Garlic and Thyme. Pan juices and tidbits from cooking the Pork, nectar from Maple roasting the Pears and Chicken Bouillon are the foundation for this sauce. Dry Apple Cider, Mustard, Shallots, Crème Fraîche. Toasted Fennel Seeds et al. We do so enjoy this with a Potato Rosti pan for the table.
