Since opening our coffee shop in Albertinia, our focus has always been on the coffee. We therefore kept our food menu simple, offering only exceptional sourdough toasted sandwiches.
The demand for our toasties and freshly baked sourdough bread made us shop around for an oven that could keep up with both volume and quality. We found exactly what we needed in Italy.
Our Myforno oven arrived earlier this month, and yesterday we baked our second batch of sourdough bread in it. We love the simple, effective design and effortless operation of this oven. We will soon have fresh sourdough bread available on a regular basis. Follow us here for announcements about our baking days!

We are looking to add Nespresso coffee pods to our product list, but we would like to have some feedback from those who use coffee pods.
Question 1 about the Pod: If you use a Nespresso machine, what type of pods do you prefer: Plastic, Biodegradable or Aluminium? Question 2 about Taste: Which of the three above give a better taste to coffee?
Question 3 about the machine:Of the plastic, aluminium or biodegradable pods, which is more compatible with the Nespresso machine?
