🥎🔥 SABA PRIDE. 416STARZ ON FIRE! 🔥🥎

Saba Arawak Hotel is proud to support 416STARZ as they continue to represent Saba with determination, discipline, and pride throughout the Caribbean softball community.

Earlier this year, 416STARZ traveled to Aruba to compete in the 2026 ABCS Tournament, one of the region’s premier softball competitions. Making their first appearance, the team delivered an impressive performance, securing three victories in the pool stage against strong opposition and advancing to the Round of 8.

The team’s strong form has continued in Sint Eustatius, where they are currently competing in a tournament running through November. With 3 wins and 0 losses, 416STARZ currently sit at the top of the standings among six teams. 🏆🔥

The next challenge comes this Sunday, September 20, when 416STARZ take on Sint Eustatius Golden Rays and Thunderz in two scheduled games.

To God be the glory, great things He has done! 🙏🏽

Cooking has always been my passion, and I am certainly no stranger to the island or the restaurant business. My journey goes way back.

For many years, I worked as a chef at Sunset Bar & Restaurant for my aunt, Tiny Heyliger. From there, I continued my journey and became my own manager at Vincy Cuisine. I also served for many years as manager at Galaxy Bar & Restaurant and nightclub, formerly known as Guido’s Nightclub.

Along the way, I started P&D Kitchen, which is still up and running today. Every step of this journey has given me valuable experience, wonderful memories, and the opportunity to do what I love most: cook for people and welcome them with great hospitality.

And now, a new chapter begins! ❤️

Together with my husband, Pidey, I am very proud and excited to start this new journey at LAV'S VIEW Restaurant & Bar, located at the Saba Arawak Hotel in Windwardside.

We look forward to welcoming our local community as well as visitors from all around the world. Our goal is to continue serving everyone with warm hospitality, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
