【永利榮獲HR Asia「亞洲最佳企業僱主獎」及「人才躍升獎」】
「 #亞洲最佳企業僱主獎2026」日前揭曉獲獎名單並於香港舉行頒獎典禮。永利憑藉卓越的人力資源發展策略,榮獲「亞洲最佳企業僱主獎2026」、「人才躍升獎」兩項殊榮,充分彰顯公司在構建「以人為本」的企業文化、促進人才發展以及持續提升員工福祉等方面的卓越表現,備受業界權威肯定。

「亞洲最佳企業僱主獎」由亞洲權威人力資源刊物《HR Asia》主辦,是區內規模最大、且最具指標性的僱主品牌獎項之一。該獎項以嚴謹的評選機制,透過對企業人力資源管理和職場文化全面評估,表彰在人力資源策略實踐、員工體驗及企業文化方面表現卓越的企業。永利此次獲獎,充份印證公司多年來以永續人力資源策略為核心,打造以人為本的工作環境,為團隊成員創造發展機會、營造關懷文化,以及全方位為團隊成員提升員工福祉、幸福感與歸屬感努力的成果。

“HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026” recently unveiled its winners, followed by an awards ceremony in Hong Kong. By virtue of its outstanding human resource development strategy, Wynn was honored with the “Best Company to Work for in Asia 2026” and “People Transformation Award”. These two accolades demonstrate authoritative industrial recognition of the company’s distinguished performance in creating a people-centered corporate culture, advancing talent development, and continuously enhancing employee wellbeing.
