Smoothie Operator Organic Smoothie Super Food Truck Smoothie Operator (S.O.) We can also prepare local, organic S.O.. We have two different options for set up:
1.

is a mobile organic juice & smoothie bar, designed to offer delicious products with high-quality, local and organic ingredients. Our menu includes Organic Smoothies, Kombucha on Tap, Hot/Cold Mate, Coffee and Super-Food Elixirs and deserts. We are very interested in participating as a vendor at your event – adding both a healthy, refreshing option, and a fun and positive interactive experience pro

moting sustainability. A traditional EZ-Up tent (10’x10’), small and efficient. The solar unit gets set up in the highest sun area and will be showcased for public viewing. The bike-powered blender is set close to the prep station where people can get involved and have some fun while they blend. We have a second bike blender that can be driven around to give out free samples, or used when customer lines get too busy. We require a small prep area behind the EZ-Up tent for extra inventory of product.

2. The second design consists of a 30’ Moroccan tent to create a lounge/café atmosphere. We set-up beautiful carpets, ground-level tea tables, pillows and cushions for people to relax with friends in the shade during the day and lounge/mood lighting at night. This atmosphere has proven to become a popular attraction at all events. At Smoothie Operator, we believe that healthy, organic and sustainable options are important for a well-rounded festival and event experience. We are committed to offering delicious, energy boasting, options that replenish the immune system and give festival goers a pep in there step to keep on keeping on. It’s been a while since we’ve posted…

Truth is, we don’t have a fancy social media team, a content creator, or someone following us around with a camera. We just blend the best, that’s our secrete sauce. Most days we’re too busy blending smoothies, building bowls, making coffee, and talking with all of you.

And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.

This summer has been incredible. The amount of love and support from our regulars—and everyone who’s discovered us for the first time—has meant the world to us. Seeing familiar faces come back day after day is the greatest compliment we could ask for.

Our focus has always been simple: make the best product we possibly can. Fresh ingredients. Consistent quality. Great service. That’s our secret recipe.

Blending the Best isn’t just our tagline—it’s how we approach everything we do.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this one of our best summers yet. We truly appreciate every single one of you, and we can’t wait to keep serving this amazing community.
