Bangkok has definitely changed since the post COVID days. On our last visit - Thailand has just opened it's borders again for tourists and we were saddened to see lots of businesses shut down.
This time around - it was a pleasure to see so many new plant based eateries have opened up again.
During our few days in Bangkok we walked a total of 80km in the heat π² Checking out some new places to eat and going back to some old favourites.
Lucky Bangkok still has a few immaculate green spaces to escape the heat. Including our favourite Benjakitti Forest Park a massive 180-acre urban oasis in central Bangkok. Converted from a former to***co factory brownfield into a lush "sponge city", it serves as a critical downtown green lung. It features a large central lake, constructed wetlands, pedestrian elevated skywalks, and an indoor sports center.
