I started this journey on December 1, 2025 and never imagined making it as far as I did. While I did not win the baking contest, I made it almost to the end. I may not be in a magazine but I won because all of you showed me just how much my baking means to you and I will never forget this experience! I love baking and I will continue baking. I can’t express the love and gratitude I have for everyone that took the time to continue to vote for me. Thank you for taking the time to go on this journey with me!

I am sad to announce that Michele’s Mixing Bowl is closing its doors. My family is moving out of state and starting a new adventure. Never in a million years did I think that I could turn my love for baking into a business, but you all made that dream come true and I am forever grateful. It has been an honor baking sweet treats for all of you. I will still be baking for fun, so please continue to follow me and see what new creations I come up with – or disasters I create and make my husband try!
