Die Crêpes,

eine Bretonische Spezialität in allen möglichen Variationen anzubieten, um der Kebab und Asia food Flut einen Kontrapunkt zu setzen, ist eines der Ziele von KRÊP. Die echte Crêpes oder Galette Bretonnes wie sie auch genannt wird, wird aus Buchweizenmehl (Glutenfrei) hergestellt, daher auch die schöne goldene Farbe des Teiges. für die salzigen, Käse aus dem Zürcher Oberland, Schinken aus dem Zürcher Unterland, das Gemüse vom Bauern unseres Vertrauens aus der Region. Für die süssen wollen wir nur selbstgemachte Confitüre verwenden. Der Kompositionen der Crêpes sind keine kreativen Grenzen gesetzt, mit der Ausnahme das alle Produkte ausschließlich aus biologischer, wenn möglich Demeter, sowie lokaler und regionaler Produktion stammen sollen.
