He was not only the foundation of our family, but also the inspiration behind the values we carry every day - kindness, help others, and hard work. His legacy lives on in the way we serve, treat others, and strive to make a difference.

We are forever grateful for his example, and the strength he instilled in us. We miss him so much and we know you miss him too.❤️

Onion Barjis recipe

4 medium sized onions sliced
Soak 1 potato for 20 mins remove from water
Sliced with cheese grater
1 peeled potato
1 heaped tablespoon of combined garlic and ginger paste
1 teaspoon of salt
4 medium eggs
4 tsp of curry powder
2 cups of gram flour (chickpea flour)
Mix into bowl and make big cricket balls like we do at Rafu’s
Plenty of vegetable oil to fry or you can air fry but we recommend oil to fry

Rafu’s MADDRAS Recipe!!!

2 TBSP Veg oil or Ghee
1 TBSP (Heaped) Ginger and Garlic paste
1 TSP of Coriander Powder
1 TSP Curry Powder
½ TSP Gram Masala Powder
2 TSP Chill Powder (more or less)
1 TBSP of Tomato Puree
8-10 peace of pre cooked chicken or any protein you like
½ Fresh Lemon
500ml of water or base gravy (Recommended base gravy recipe coming soon)

Simmer to a boil for 15 to 20 min on high gas
Follow this order

Garnish with Coriander
