Have you guys tried our new flavour? Lemon Earl Grey Burnt Cheesecake 🤤

The flavors of aromatic lemon zest and fragrant Earl Grey tea combine well in this delectable Basque Burnt cheesecake 🤤

To really infuse this burnt cheesecake with flavor, we start by combing whipping cream and loose Earl Grey tea leaf in a small saucepan. Heat it till it is warm and allow the aroma to infuse for 15mintues. Then strain through a mesh strainer while pressing firmly to extract as much flavour as possible 😊

며칠 전부터 바스크 번트 치즈케이크가 너무 먹고싶었는데

Baked to perfection with the evenly burnt top and creamy interior, accompanied by the subtle Earl Grey tea fragrance that will make a perfect afternoon tea! Love how the flavour is rich yet not overly powering, and the taste of the tea and lemon helps with the balance of the richness 😋

You can serve it two ways:
🍰 Molten Lava - indulging upon receiving the cake for the flowwwwyy creamy goodness
🍰 Dreamy creaminess - Refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours for flavor to set before indulging.

Last 4 cakes for tomorrow! (Monday, 07/04/2022). Next ordering start from 12/03/2022, cakes will be baked on the day itself and deliver to you from 10am to 8pm 😊 2 hours in advance, we will notify you before our delivery partners (Pickupp / GrabExpress) comes & collect your cake.

CREAMY BASQUE BURNT CHEESECAKES BY ONE LAST LICK!

There was legit a time where I saw the recognisable burnt cheesecake show up on everyone’s story and it was trending for a bit until ppl got jelak and sian of it then suddenly disappear

One Last Lick’s version has to be one of the better ones out there frfr, bc they managed to get wonderful balance in their cakes la

Flavours wise, the cheese really can taste one ah say serious, balancing out the sweet well ah sweechai butterfly…

Then textures also can taste the contrast, even inside the cake sia… what we mean by this is that the cheesy inside has both gooey and harder layers that you can actually taste. The exterior also got a bit of caramel taste, q happy can taste a bit of the burnt taste too.

The high quality of ingredients used definitely justifies the price tag of $38.90! It’s more better and way less pricey than your usual Burnt Cheesecake for sure!

We recommend: the whole thing la just get, it’s that good!

Main gripe: As with most cheesecakes, it can taste a bit jelak and repetitive after a while
