來自淡水，源於寶藏巖，前世阿特蘋果派。
充滿藝術氣息的麵包與糕點，品嚐美味的同時閱讀浪漫愛情故事，體會人生既短暫又漫長的無止無盡，用麵糰揉出平淡幸福，塗抹奶油帶入溫暖，撒上肉桂增加激情。

個人烘培工作室，主要商品為蘋果派、法式鹹派、肉桂捲，義式糕點、司康、軟餅乾、布朗尼。

無店面，純市集，參與過心中山、華山、圓山、北門、中和環球、天母廣場等市集場次。
