Big moves happening in the sauce business. We’ve been sending sample boxes to restaurants across the region, and the response has been incredible.

One Manchester steakhouse impressed me so much that we’ve given them exclusive territorial rights for the Steakman range in their area.

I’m not taking on every restaurant that comes along, I’m team’s still scaling, and I’m selective about partnerships that reflect my standards and ambitions.

The sector is brutal right now. Debt got too heavy in my attempt to scale big and fast. So here’s the honest truth: OnFries is scaling back.

But we’re not disappearing.

We’re going exclusive, select markets, special events only. No daily grind. You’ll still catch the trailer, just way less often. 🧳

Why? Because I’m doubling down on something that’s actually working: sauce🥩🔥

The retail shop is back. We just landed our first B2B restaurant deals. The momentum is real.
