It was a true honor to represent Ukrainian cuisine at for 2026! 🇺🇦✨

During the day, we shared the best of our heritage: from our iconic Varenyky and award-winning Honey Cake to our signature Syrnyky, Ukrainian beer, and refreshing Kvas. Seeing so many happy, excited faces was the highlight of our weekend.

A special thank you to everyone who joined our Varenyky workshop with Chef .chef! It was a huge success, we now have at least 50 new honorary Ukrainian chefs ready to recreate these traditions at home🥟

Thank you to everyone who visited us. If you missed out, remember that our doors are always open in DC and Bethesda.

The wait is over! Syrnyky is officially on the dessert menu✨

We know so many of you have been looking forward to this, and honestly, so have we. These tender cottage cheese pancakes are golden on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside.

Topped with our berry confiture and a perfect dollop of sour cream, they are the incredible soul food and the perfect final touch to your meal.

We were honored to treat over 1,500 guests at the Embassy of Ukraine to a taste of home. We served cups of our Borscht and slices of our award-winning Honey Cake.

The #1 question we got? “How is the color so red?” The secret, of course, is in the beets!

This was a special highlight of Passport DC, where we joined forces with to share a dish recognized by UNESCO as intangible Ukrainian heritage and our Honey Cake, voted “People’s Choice” at Best of Washington 2024.

We want to extend a huge thank you to for their incredible work, as well as our partners: , , the US-Ukraine Business Council, St. Andrew’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of Metropolitan Washington DC, and .ukrainian.activists for their dedication to promoting Ukrainian culture.
