Blessed with the Best 🙌

We were honoured to be chosen to cater for the STA Independence Ball during Samoas 64th Independence Celebrations.

✅️ 4 Course individually Plated for 120 VVIPs.
✅️ Special Takeaway for 120 VVIPs.
✅️ 3 Course Shared Platters for 1000 Corporate Guests.

A mix of local and imported favourites and as little one use plastics as possible 💚 A huge production for us which saw every single one of our team put on a chef jacket and push through until all 1360 plates/platters were served!

Thank You to the incredible team at STA, especially Tia and Sheena, for the amazing opportunity, believing in us - dealing with all the logistics and just making it look so easy!

Thank You to Agnes and her service team NUS/APTC for delivering such a professional service and for the amount of walking you all had to do lol! Thank You also to the fantastic FIFA staff who were also instrumental in making our night a success 🙌

Just a very small selection of Images to Throwback to Australian Survivor Catering - One of the most exciting (but also tough) gigs we have been blessed with for the past couple of years!

Feeding the crew buffet lunches and dinners - keeping it nutritious and also switching up menus to keep it exciting, setting up in the most random locations and even getting to help out on the famous survivor rewards! Getting out of the kitchen and onto set is special every time, seeing how these big productions work, all the behind the scenes, the attention to detail, and especially the crew!

And the answer to the #1 question we get asked - No, the contestants don't get to eat while they're in the game- what you see is what they get - a handful of rice or beans 😅 that's why seeing and hearing the reactions to those who get the food rewards is the BEST!

Last Saturday we had the honor of providing a Sunrise Breakfast Buffet & Service for the intimate wedding of a beautiful young couple.

Surrounded by their loved ones overlooking the most stunning sunrise views from Tiapapata, followed by a full and fun packed Buffet by yours truly 🫶
