The Long Island here is so good, you'll be ordering a second round!

Honestly, it's rare to find a Long Island this well-balanced 😍 Packed with Rum, Vodka, Tequila, and Cointreau, cut with fresh lime juice, and topped off with Coke for that perfect fizzy finish. Sweet, tangy, and fresh with mint on top — it's almost too pretty to drink before snapping a photo.

Served in a massive glass, packed with ice — one drink is seriously satisfying, but fair warning, it goes down faster than you'd expect 😂

If you love your cocktails strong, a little sweet, and fizzy, this one's a must-try. Highly recommended! 🍸✨

🇹🇭 Authentic Thai Flavours in Port Vila 🌴

Craving real Thai food while you’re in Vanuatu? Come and enjoy the flavours of Thailand at Pad Thai Restaurant, Port Vila — freshly prepared by our Thai chefs with traditional Thai flavours.

Our food is full of flavour, aromatic and nicely spicy — just the way Thai food should be.

🍤 Try our Prawn Pad Kra Pao — juicy prawns stir-fried with Thai basil, chilli and garlic. Fragrant, spicy and perfect with steamed rice.

🦆 One dish we highly recommend is our Crispy Duck with Pancakes. A generous serving of crispy duck with tender meat inside, served with our homemade pancakes, fresh vegetables and dipping sauce. Delicious, fun to share and great value.

🍛 Love curry? Our Roasted Duck Red Curry is rich and creamy, with a beautiful balance of spicy, sweet and slightly tangy Thai flavours.

And of course… don’t leave without trying our Pad Thai! ❤️
It’s one of the dishes our customers keep coming back for — and we think it’s one of the best dishes on our menu. If you’re visiting us for the first time, you have to try it!
