Breakfast starts the day off and what better way than with a plate of light fluffy hot cakes dripping in butter and syrup - so typically American! Or, if you're used to something lighter, try one of Nana's fresh baked Schnekens or Cinnamon Rolls (available on Saturdays) and a mug of steaming hot Tanna coffee. All of my fresh-baked cakes, pies, muffins, co

okies, and sweet-rolls are made from great American recipes, many have been in my family since childhood and are family favourites - I hope you will try each one to see why! I have many recipes and will therefore alternate the selection each day. Please ask your waitress for today's selection or take a gander at the cake display case. I will be glad to bake any of my Recipes for your special party or gathering if you give me a couple of day's notice. My ice cream treats are typically American, and since ice cream is a real American passion, ice cream parlours have sprung up all over the United States, serving these incredibly delicious concoctions. Our Ice Cream is locally produced right here in Port Vila and will rival ANY of the imports! Hamburgers are made with freshly ground premium organic Vanuatu beef, with no fillers, char-grilled and served on lightly toasted sesame seed buns. Our sandwiches are made fresh to order and with plenty of fillings, just the way we make them in America. Also try our ‘South of the Border’ * Mexican Fare! * - featuring fresh daily made tortillas & salsa, or try our Daily Special. Calorie watchers & vegetarians are also catered for. If you have any special dietary requirements, please ask! Now I'm sure all this reading has worked up an appetite, so read thru the menu and relax and enjoy our friendly service and very satisfying food.
