The Bikol region of the Philippines is well known for dishes prepared with coconut milk and hot little chillies. Most popular among them are the "Laing" (Taro leaves and stalks cooked in coconut milk with pork, fermented shrimps and dried salted fish) and the "Bikol" Express (Diced pork cooked in coconut milk, with fermented shrimp and lots of chillies). "Tinutungan" is another exotic dish of our
region. It is prepared with chicken & green papaya and lemon grass with milk extracted from coconut meat that is roasted to bring out that peculiar aroma unique to itself. Other vegetables and fish dishes prepared with coconut milk are also popular. Adobo is another mainstay of the region prepared with the traditional soya and vinegar sauce or the "Adobo sa gata" (vinegar and coconut milk sauce). Adobo can be made with pork or chicken or a combination of both with eggs and tokwa added as garnish if desired. Dishes from outside the Bikol region can also be prepared easily like the following: Dinuguan, pinakbet, tinola, tortang talong, kinilaw na talong, kare-kare, pansit and many others. Among our delicacies and sweets we can prepare palitaw, leche flan, cassava cake, banana cake, polvoron, atsara, bilo-bilo, p**o and biko. We accept catering for all occasions as well as prepare take-away food for groups who want the convenience of packed lunches that are the genuine home cooked article.
