From steamed buns to oven fresh buns, dough work has started and the results are soft and fluffy sweet buns and polo buns, starts of looking like the skin of a pineapple and the moist cake-like topping are mouthwatering!!!

The pork has been cooking and soaking all the yummy sauce since Friday, the noodle dough was prepared last night, Then hand cut and stretched before putting it all together with a tonkatsu soup base, topped with bean sprouts, mushrooms, corn, bamboo and a soya egg... looking forward to adding more choices to our menu!!!

Under the watchful eye of April; our gourmet food consultant, since frying up the eve popular onion pancake, we are now moving onto more dough work!! From sao bao (Chinese birthday buns), custard buns, and mushrooms!!! (Buns disguised as mushrooms...) pre-order today to try our freshly steamed buns!!

We are roasting a fresh oven of roasted ducks tomorrow night (21st October). Fresh and hot ducks will be available from 6:30pm onwards... reserve yours now before they run out!!

From freshly roasted ducks, we are trialing our Peking style; crispy duck skin/meat, wrapped with shredded cucumber and shallots topped with hoisin or plum sauce. Or with a little notice, some old favourites, rosy suckling pig, and hand made egg noodles and shallot pancakes!!!
