Some summers arrive quietly. Ours came with boxes, long days, tired feet, and a whole lot of love.

Moving Gòn to a new home wasn’t easy. There were moments of stress, endless unpacking, late nights, and countless little details to put together. But every bit of it was worth it to open our doors again and welcome you back as soon as we could.

These past few weeks have been a little quieter, yet every familiar face walking through the door has meant more than words can say. Thank you for finding your way back to us, for your patience, your kind words, and for making our new space already feel like home.

To our incredible team—thank you for pouring your hearts into every corner of this move. Your resilience, care, and unwavering spirit carried us through the busiest days, and I couldn’t be more grateful to share this journey with you.

Here’s to slow summer afternoons, fresh beginnings, shared meals, and the beautiful people who continue to choose Gòn.

Nhà hàng Gòn. Bites & Veggies cần tuyển dụng GẤP phụ bếp lạnh món Việt như các món cuốn, nộm, các món khai vị, ưu tiên độ tuổi trên 35.
- Chưa có kinh nghiệm được đào tạo. Nhà hàng có công thức riêng nên chỉ cần học và làm theo.
- Yêu cầu: yêu ẩm thực và nấu ăn, thích làm công việc tiểu tiết, cầu toàn, sạch sẽ, đúng giờ.
- Làm việc tại Quảng An, Tây Hồ hoặc Trần Phú, Hoàn Kiếm. Có thể linh hoạt qua lại 2 cơ sở là ưu điểm
- Thu nhập từ 8tr - 12tr ca 8-9 tiếng. Chế độ thưởng, bhxh, lễ tết đầy đủ.

I barely had time to enjoy reopening my restaurant when my heart sank watching the news of the floods in Central Vietnam. I feel helpless — stuck here, overwhelmed with the new place, unable to do anything meaningful for those who are suffering.

Even if I can’t be there to help directly, I hope sharing this fundraising call can at least support the people who are struggling to survive.

And yes — I am deeply disappointed in my own government. When disaster strikes, they are almost useless. The people keep drowning, and we are left to save each other.

Heavy floods are hitting Central Vietnam. Sống Foundation has launched an urgent relief mission starting in Phú Yên province.

Right now, our shop is still struggling to find a new home — but that feels so small compared to what’s happening in the North, where people have been struck by two devastating typhoons.
