It is with a heavy heart we announce that today 30th October 2019 will be the last day of operation for The Hill Station Signature Restaurant in Sapa.

It has been an amazing ride since we opened in 2011 and we are humbled by all the support and great feedback we have received through the years in our mission to promote authentic ethnic food from the area to a wider audience.

Sapa town has been going through a major change over the past 5 years and while we have been waiting and hoping that the town would find it footing again it is still very much a work in progress and we have decided that for the time being there is no room for The Hill Station Signature in its current form and location.

We will be continuing our popular cooking classes in a new location and still very much believe that in the future we will be able to reopen our Signature concept in a new location.

Thanks for all the great nights and amazing memories - here's hoping it is au revoir and not a final goodbye!
