Our gelato is homemade daily in authentic Italian style, crafted with care using natural ingredients. We keep it simple and pure — no food coloring and no artificial flavorings, just real flavors the way gelato should be.

Flavors change daily, depending on what’s fresh and inspiring that day, so there’s always something new to discover. Whether it’s the perfect dessert after dinner or a refreshing treat on a warm Phu Quoc afternoon, our gelato is here to make your day a little sweeter.

You can also find our gelato cart just outside, where you can easily check out the flavors of the day and grab a scoop to enjoy on the go while strolling around Khem Beach.

Often called the “butcher’s secret,” this cut of Spanish Ibérico pork is prized for its exceptional marbling and tenderness. Unlike regular pork, Ibérico pigs are raised free-range and fed on acorns, which gives the meat its signature nutty, rich flavor and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Here, tender slices of Spanish Secreto Ibérico, seared to a perfect caramelized crust, paired with a velvety cauliflower purée and finished with a bright salsa of cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and a drizzle of parsley oil 🌿- An elevated dish where tradition meets technique.
