2 tbs shallot, minced
1 tbs lemon
Couple sprigs of fresh thyme
1 1/2 cup arborio rice

1/4 cup sugar
4 tbs butter
3 cups AP flour **** see video for instruction
2 tsp salt

My Bomb Diggity Canes sauce
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tbs Worcestershire
1 tbs vinegar
A little sprinkle of suga

My egg batter
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
Several dashes of red hot

My dry Mixture
2 cups ap flour
2 tbs baking powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs lemon pepper
1 tbs paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
Tbs salt
Tbs pepper , , , ,

Pizza dough Recipe
1 3/4 cup warm water
1 tbs yeast
1 tbs sugar
4 cups AP flour ** add as you go, see video for tips
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp salt

Chicken Marinade
4 cloves garlic
juice and peel of 1 lemon
3 tsp parsley
3 tsp fresh thyme
1/4 cup oil

Alfredo Sauce
4 garlic cloves
half of a small onion
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 cup cream
2 cups mozzarella
4oz cream cheese

Pizza Ranch
3/4 cup Buttermilk
1/4 -1/2 cup mayo
Juice of a lemon
A few squirts of Worcestershire
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Salt + Pepper to taste
Add more or less of each ingredient dependent on personal taste , , , ,

1 1/3 cups warm water between 96-110 degrees
1 tbs yeast
3 tbs melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups* only add until a soft dough ball has formed * see video for notes
1 1/2 tsp salt

Pickle recipe
One English cucumber
1/4 cup distilled vinegar
Cover with water for the rest
2 garlic cloves
tsp peppercorns
tsp mustard seed
3 heaping teaspoons of dried dill
1 tbs salt
1 tsp sugar

Burger seasoning
1 tbs salt
1 tbs fresh ground pepper
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder

Pizza Ranch
