Born and raised in Hội An, Chef Hậu has been part of the Mango family since 2007, joining at just 21 years old. Growing up by the coast, seafood has always been close to her heart, especially cá kho tộ, caramelized fish cooked in claypot style. At Mango Mango, her favorite dish to prepare is Keeping Flower Ly, a reflection of the fresh seafood and vibrant herbs she loves most. 🌊
When asked what visitors should experience in Hội An, Chef Hậu always recommends the iconic basket boat rides through the coconut forests of Cẩm Thanh. Afterwards, nothing beats a cà phê sữa đá by the river, one of her favorite simple pleasures and the perfect way to slow down and take in the town. 🥭☕
