Admin asked the District 1 staff after hearing District 2 complaining about it… and turns out it’s actually true 🤣

“So what dish does District 1 have that District 2 doesn’t?” 🤔

Staff A answered immediately:
“Chicken curry, chị. The chicken is marinated carefully, grilled first, then cooked with the curry, so every piece is full of flavor. I don’t really like Indian curry, but I love our restaurant’s curry.” 🥘✨

Staff B jumped in:
“It’s Turkish-style curry, not Indian. Saying that is a serious copyright violation.” 🇹🇷😂

Staff A replied:
“Since when is Türkiye famous for curry?!?”

Staff B ended the debate:
“But curry cooked in a Turkish restaurant is Turkish. And it tastes nothing like Indian curry.” 🤣

Admin almost cried laughing because of these two new staff members.

But honestly… this dish is seriously addictive:

“Cà ri gà đó chị. Gà được tẩm ướp rồi đem nướng trước, xong mới nấu với cà ri nên thịt thấm gia vị lắm luôn. Em không thích cà ri Ấn Độ nhưng em thích cà ri nhà mình.” 🥘✨

Bạn B khác chen ngang:

Sau thành công vang dội của “hội nghiện sườn cừu”, hôm nay Admin lại tiếp tục chứng kiến thêm một màn “cảm hóa nhân loại” ngay tại Pasha. 😭

Một chị khách quen dắt theo bạn tới ăn và vừa ngồi xuống là chị quay sang hỏi tụi em với ánh mắt đầy lo lắng:

“Bạn chị không ăn quen mùi cừu đâu em… đặc biệt là mỡ cừu là sẽ oẹ á 😭
Vậy có món nào thịt cừu mà không có mùi mỡ cừu không?!?”

Admin nghe xong gật đầu cái rụp như học sinh thuộc bài:

“Dạ có nha chị 😌
CỪU STEAK bên em là gần như không có miếng mỡ nào luôn. Toàn thịt nạc mềm mọng thôi ạ.”

Và rồi…
10 phút sau cả bàn bắt đầu im lặng.

Không phải vì giận nhau.
Mà vì ai cũng đang tập trung “heal” tâm hồn bằng từng miếng cừu steak nóng hổi. 🥹

Cừu steak bên em dùng phần thịt cực mềm, nướng vừa độ để giữ được độ mọng nước, thơm thịt nhưng không hề bị ngấy hay nặng mùi.
Ăn kèm sốt đậm đà, rau củ nướng và salad là đúng kiểu:
“Ủa sao trước giờ mình né thịt cừu vậy ta?” 🤡

Điều khiến Admin tự hào nhất là:
Mấy anh chị khó tính, kỹ tính, “khó nết” cấp độ Michelin mà ăn cừu nhà em xong cũng phải gật gù khen ngon. 😭

After the huge success of the “lamb chop addicts club,” today Admin witnessed yet another “humanity-changing moment” right at Pasha. 😭

One of our regular customers brought her friend over for dinner, and the moment they sat down, she looked at us with genuine concern and asked:

“My friend isn’t used to the smell of lamb… especially lamb fat — she’ll literally gag 😭
Do you have any lamb dish without that strong fatty smell?!?”

Admin immediately nodded with full confidence like a student who memorized the answer key:

“Yes, absolutely 😌
Our LAMB STEAK has almost no fat at all. It’s all lean, tender, juicy meat.”

And then…
10 minutes later, the whole table went silent.

Not because they were upset with each other.

And Admin… just discovered that the GRILLED LAMB CHOPS at Pasha have the power to destroy every diet plan right at the table. 😭

At first, Admin only planned to try one bite “just to know the flavor for writing this post…”
But after the first bite, thoughts immediately started appearing like:
“Maybe we should order another portion… just in case.”
“Lamb probably doesn’t count as red meat, right…?”
“Eating it with grilled vegetables makes it healthy anyway…” 🤡

Imported from Australia, the lamb chops are grilled to juicy perfection — tender, flavorful, and aromatic the moment you cut into them.
One bite in and suddenly… every life drama gets muted automatically. 🥹

Served with fragrant grilled vegetables, fresh salad, rich pepper sauce, and especially pickled purple cabbage — the “secret weapon” that refreshes your palate and makes every bite explode with flavor all over again.

But the funniest part for Admin is this:

Newton phát hiện lực hấp dẫn.
Còn Admin… vừa phát hiện ra SƯỜN CỪU NƯỚNG ở Pasha có khả năng khiến người ta “quay xe” mọi kế hoạch ăn kiêng ngay tại bàn. 😭

Ban đầu chỉ định thử một miếng để “biết mùi vị viết bài thôi”…
Ai ngờ ăn xong miếng đầu tiên, đầu óc Admin bắt đầu xuất hiện những câu như:
“Hay là gọi thêm phần nữa cho chắc…”
“Chắc cừu không tính là thịt đỏ đâu ha…”
“Ăn rau củ nướng kèm là healthy rồi…” 🤡

Sườn cừu nhập khẩu từ Úc, nướng vừa độ mềm mọng nước, cắt ra là nước thịt chảy nhẹ thơm nức.
Cắn một miếng là kiểu… mọi drama cuộc đời tự động mute. 🥹

Đi kèm là rau củ nướng thơm lừng, salad tươi mát, sốt tiêu đậm đà và đặc biệt là bắp cải tím muối chua — “vũ khí bí mật” giúp vị giác bùng nổ rồi lại reset để tiếp tục ăn không biết mệt.

Mà điều Admin thấy buồn cười nhất là:
Rất nhiều khách quen của Pasha, cứ mỗi lần về Việt Nam là nhắn:
“Cho em bàn nhé, em nhớ sườn cừu quá rồi…” 😭

Kiểu món ăn này không còn là món ăn nữa.
Nó là “người yêu cũ toxic” của vị giác.

🧿 ADMIN JUST DISCOVERED A NEW “TRUE LOVE” AT Pasha Turkish Cuisine 🇹🇷
I thought I already knew everything about beef and lamb after eating so much kebab and köfte…
Who would’ve guessed I’d get completely “steered” today by a dish that looks like a sweet pastry but, once you bite into it, brings all of Turkey right in front of your eyes 🤌
On the outside: a golden-baked crust with a light, fragrant butter aroma.
Inside: packed full of toppings:
• Richly seasoned beef & lamb patties,
• Gooey mozzarella cheese that stretches for days,
• Green and red chili peppers with a fragrant, mild spiciness,
• Served with tomato sauce and ice-cold yogurt.
The best part is:
IT’S STILL BEEF AND LAMB…
but while kebab feels like “a muscular guy grilling over charcoal,”
this one is a “bad boy who knows how to play guitar” 😭
One bite and:
🧀 Cheese pulls longer than a deadline,
🌶️ Peppers are fragrant, not harsh,
🥩 Lamb and beef are perfectly fatty,
🥣 Dip it in the yogurt and the flavors balance instantly.
I used to think:
