👨‍🍳 𝙷𝙾𝚆 𝚃𝙾 𝙲𝙾𝙾𝙺 𝚈𝙾𝚄𝚁 𝙵𝚁𝙴𝚂𝙷 𝙿𝙰𝚂𝚃𝙰

A lot of you have been asking: "How do you cook fresh pasta?" 🍝

So we put together a list of steps that will turn you into a real Italian pastaiolo. 👨‍🍳

1️⃣ Boil plenty of water in a large pot (Wait for the water to be at a roiling boil for pasta, or soft boil for ravioli)
2️⃣ Add some salt to the water to bring out the flavour of the pasta
3️⃣ Add your fresh pasta and stir gently to ensure separation
4️⃣ Reheat your sauce in the pan
5️⃣ Pour your fresh pasta into the strainer to wring them out
6️⃣ Toss your pasta in the pan with your sauce to marry the flavors together

Keep in mind that cooking time rely on a variety of factors, thus subject to variability. So don’t hesitate to taste the pasta by removing a piece from the pot and eat it.

Recommended cooking time:

🕒 Ravioli: 2-4 min
🕒 Long fresh pasta: 7-10 min
🕒 Short fresh pasta: 7-10 min
🕒 Paccheri: 15-17 min

Để chúng tôi mách mẹo nhỏ cho cả nhà chuyên gia mỳ Ý nha. 👨‍🍳

1️⃣ Đun nồi lớn nước sôi (đun sôi nhiệt độ cao cho mỳ thường, và sôi nhẹ cho mỳ nhân ravioli)
2️⃣ Thêm muối cho đậm đà hương vị mỳ
3️⃣ Bỏ mỳ vào nồi và khuấy nhẹ nhàng để tách rời mỳ
4️⃣ Hâm nóng sốt mỳ
5️⃣ Vớt mỳ ra rổ để ráo nước
6️⃣ Cho mỳ vào nồi sốt vào đảo nhẹ để mỳ ngấm hương vị

Hãy chú ý thời gian nấu phụ thuộc vào nhiều yếu tố khác nhau cho từng loại mỳ. Bởi vậy nên đừng ngần ngại vớt 1 miếng nhỏ ra ăn thử.

Thời gian nấu:

🕒 Ravioli: 2-4 phút
🕒 Mỳ sợi dài: 7-10 phút
🕒 Mỳ sợi ngắn: 7-10 phút
🕒 Paccheri: 15-17 phút
