What a year it has been! ✨

From earning our first Michelin star, to being named Best Young Chef of the Year, recognized by Tatler, and now receiving The Best Chef Award – 1 Knife. 2025 has been nothing short of extraordinary.

This journey would never have been possible without the dedication of the CieL team, the support of our wonderful guests, and the trust of our valued partners.

Last Saturday, the Masters of Food & Wine series made a grand return as part of 20th anniversary, featuring an extraordinary collaboration between Chef Arnaud Schuttrumpf of Square One and Chef Việt Hồng of CieL.

Two Michelin-recognised chefs came together to craft an eight-course journey, each dish paired with wines thoughtfully curated by Sommelier Thành Trần. From French finesse to modern Vietnamese creativity, the evening was a dialogue of flavours, textures, and artistry, a truly distinctive experience of Michelin-level craftsmanship.
