Hi all, I would like to announce that Carlito's Fried Chicken will be closing it's doors on Monday 18th of December as my family and I will be moving back to the UK to care for my mother, who became unexpectedly sick 3 weeks ago. So this Sunday will be our last day of business.
It is with heavy heart that we leave our developing business and newly adopted town and friends and I would like to thank all you that have patronized our restaurant in the past 6 months, especially Sam and the quiz teams who made Wednesday nights very special. It has been a very rewarding experience both in meeting new friends and in meeting the expectations of our customers and receiving so many great compliments on our food and drinks.
I will be selling the restaurant, so please contact me if you are interested.

Hi All, Carlito's Pub Quiz is on again tonight Wednesday 8th November, with Sam taking on the Quiz Master duties.
- Registration starting from 7:30pm and quiz starting at 8pm. 50,000VND per player and maximum 5 players a team. If you haven't got a team, come down and we'll find you one.
- 15K Hudas all night and our delicious fried chicken, as well as 2 awesome new chicken dishes on the menu, and we now sell Gau Den black beer!

Carlito's Fried Chicken is open tonight after our Monday evening off.
I would like to announce we have started a Book Exchange, whereby you just need to bring two books to join, or more if you have books you want to share.
It's just small now, but with some really nice books on the shelves, so we would love to receive your support to grow it!
10% food/drink discount on the night for people coming to join the Book Exchange!
