Cafe Roma St John Best Italian food and pizza in the USVI as voted by our customers! The large menu consists of freshly prepared seafood, lamb, chicken, veal, and pasta dishes.

Cafรฉ Roma has been voted as having the โ€œBest Italian Cuisineโ€ in the US Virgin Islands for the past 14 years. The restaurant has painted murals on the walls, is air conditioned, has a full service bar, and an extensive wine list. There are also fresh salads, appetizers and desserts. Traditional and specialty pizzas are also offered. Take out is available.

Our staff has had an amazing, crazy, busy season and they all wanted to head to STT for King of the Wing today, so we said ok ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ!!! Closed today, June 13. We will reopen for dinner Sunday, June 14, 5-9!! Donโ€™t forget weโ€™re open Monday-Friday for lunch, 11-3
