Okay, this one is because of Tami Soto.

Last year she kept coming in and ordering The Chuckles, but with fried eggplant instead of pastrami.

And every time we made it, we were like… this is delicious.

Fried Eggplant, Swiss, & Coleslaw on Rye with Dijon.

That’s it. Super simple. Super good.

Soup is Roasted Red Pepper & Feta Bisque, which is my new favorite.

Yesterday was such a good first day back. Seeing so many familiar faces walk through the door made us ridiculously happy. 💛

We’re still shaking off the vacation brain and getting back into the swing of things, so today felt like the perfect time to bring back our favorite new special from last season.

BELLISSIMO --> Roasted Turkey, Crispy Fried Goat Cheese, Applewood Bacon, Arugula & Sweet Onion Aioli on Garlic-Buttered Toasted Sourdough.
This one was a HUGE hit when we first put it on the board, and became my personal favorite.

SOUP: Turkey Broccoli Cheddar, our most requested soup for a reason.

Day two. We remember how to do this. Mostly.
It’s really, really good to be back.

While we get back into the swing of things and shake off the vacation brain, we thought we’d start with a classic!! From the very original menu & named after Sam & Jack’s sister, Georgia.

Peachy Peachy Pie —> Stromboli stuffed with Meatballs, Hot Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Marinara, Mozzarella & Parmesan.

Soup: Turkey Broccoli Cheddar is in the soup pot—the most popular requested soup :)
