St. Thomas Restaurant Group is seeking to fill the position of 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫. Previous success in similar role in a fine dining establishment required. We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. In addition, the qualities that will make candidate successful in this role are:
-Attention to detail with a "get things done" attitude
-Highly focused and organized
-Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay focused in stressful situations
-Strong knowledge of wines and fine dining steps of service
-Ability to hire, coach, and train FOH employees
-Experience with budget and sales reporting
-Experience with QuickBooks, Aloha, and Microsoft Office products
-Strong work ethic and superior organization skills; attentive to needs of business & staff
-Ability to take direction from ownership regarding restaurant operations
—> This is a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, year-round position requiring 𝟓𝟎 𝐡𝐫𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, offering 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 & 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟. Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work evening shifts, including weekends & holidays.
