This Thanksgiving week has been soooo busy but one I am incredibly grateful for 🍁🍂🥧

2 big Thanksgiving Cakes, 3 Custom birthday Cakes, a Berry Baked Cheesecake, 24 Mini Pumpkin Pies, 24 Carrot 🥕 Cupcakes, 36 panto Cast Cupcakes and a Christmas Pantomime to contend with, it’s been a wild whirlwind wonderful ride!

🌊🪸Ocean Sea Turtle Cake🐢⛵️

This 8in beauty was 4 layers of zingy lemon cake filled with homemade homegrown Passionfruit Curd 🌸& soft, creamy, tangy passionfruit Italian buttercream. Hand pressed fondant seashells and sea w**d and a card sailboat on gold foam topper are a great way to jazz up Ocean cakes!

It fed a whole bunch of November Birthdays (up to 32 👀) Including an awesome and supportive lady whose birthday’s today!! 🥳🎂🥂

The cute lil Sea turtle was hand-painted in food colouring + diluted coconut essence onto a flat layer of fondant; a technique that I would LOVE to do more of! So please ask me for an edible fondant painting! 🖼️ I would love to help! It takes time and a steady hand but it’s so pretty!! 🙏

💙🩵💚We have here an 8in 2L Gëvalia Coffee Cake with Calllebaut dark choc shards and chunks of Oreo in every bite,sandwiching 1 rich layer of Baked Cookies N Cream Cheesecake held together with mocha chocolate ganache! Didn’t get a real time cross section but see the end of the video for a representation of what the middle kinda looked like!

This was a Coconut Mango wedding cake 🥥🥭 An 8in 5L Coconut Cake, covered in sugar paper & Coconut Italian buttercream (IBC), filled with fresh mango lime puree and smooth, fluffy and not too sweet Mango Italian buttercream, mango season was bountiful for us this year as it was our “little” mango tree’s first glut! 🌳 Another first in the First time doing the sugar wafer paper technique and I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out!? Blush pink roses from and thanks to the chefs at for helping with fridge space and portioning! &bryan
