Throughout my life, I have embarked on journeys around the world, discovering that the entire world is my home. However, my roots firmly anchor me to the Mediterranean land. The generosity, traditions, and rich culture of my homeland have greatly influenced who I am today and what I do. The pursuit of the flavors and aromas I experienced as a child, in the dishes prepared with passion and patience

by the skilled hands of my mother and grandmother, has become a lifelong obsession for me. In this modern era, where everything seems to revolve around innovation and fierce competition, I choose to take a nostalgic trip back in time. I strive to revive flavors and aromas that have almost disappeared in the present day. While some may label my approach as "Old School," there is nothing outdated about tradition. The kitchen of my restaurant is my kingdom, where my hands are in perfect harmony with my passion. I believe in preserving the culinary heritage that has been passed down through generations, and I aim to create an experience that connects people to their roots, evoking cherished memories and creating new ones."
