Estos incluyen 7 nuevos, 2 de ellas con 2 niveles (con sala de estar y baño de abajo, K o D y un armario arriba) y 1 con un balcón con vistas a la plaza. Todas cuentan con baño / agua caliente, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado, mini caja fuerte, DirecTV, techos altos de madera, suelos de gres atractivas con la apariencia de piedra cantera, diferentes escenas marinas pintadas en cada uno. La comida: Excelente cocina mixta preparada por chefs diferentes en el recién hecho Churuata. INSTALACIONES: La incorporación de la barra elegante del antiguo restaurante Aventino legendaria en Caracas, una churuata ... Un nuevo restaurante y piano bar con una gran área social (incluso con jardín) sólo para los huéspedes. El exterior ha sido completamente pintada del mismo modo. Italiano y español.
