Meet the chef behind Tasties Flava Spot, Lecy — the hands, heart, and vision behind the flavours you know and remember❤️.

The passion for cooking started early. Learning from the age of 7, surrounded by food, family, and culture, with Jamaica 🇯🇲 playing a huge role in shaping the way flavour is understood and respected.

This journey has always been about respect for food and doing things the right way 🌶️.

This isn’t just cooking — it’s years of learning, tasting, and doing things properly 🔥.

From seasoning to serving, every step is done with intention (and yes… tasting is part of the job 😉).

Every brand evolves — but the heart? That stays exactly the same❤️ 

Originally Tasties Eats & Treats, Tasties Flava Spot started out in 2021 with one goal: to serve Caribbean food with care, patience, and real flavour + that feels like home 🏡 — That part hasn’t changed.

It’s never just been about food but about culture, comfort, and flavours that just warm your heart… and fills your belly!

What has changed is that our vision got clearer. our standards got higher and our branding got a glow-up (we deserved it, let’s be honest)👀. This refresh isn’t about being flashy✨. It’s about growing with intention, doing things properly, and honouring the flavour and culture that got us here in the first place🥇.

This is the beginning of our next chapter. New era. Same heart. Even better flavour… And we’re just getting started‼️
