Vee Jay's Restaurant and Bar, founded on November 30th, 1977, celebrated 48 years of service last Sunday. As the oldest restaurant in St Vincent and the Grenadines, this milestone holds deep meaning for our entire team. 🇻🇨

We began our celebrations with a beautiful church service at the Kingstown Methodist Church, where management and staff gathered for fellowship and thanksgiving.

Following the service, management hosted a special staff appreciation breakfast/brunch, reflecting on the invaluable contributions of each member of the Vee Jay's family and honouring the legacy of our founder, Ms Veronica John. 🙏🏽

Our anniversary activities concluded with a community outreach initiative, where we prepared and shared over 200 hot meals with members of our community who are in need. This effort was done in partnership with the inspiring volunteer group “Blessing Others as God Has Blessed You”, who have been serving meals entirely out of pocket for over 16 years and continue their mission on Bedford Street every first Sunday of the month.

As we look ahead, we are excited to mark an even greater milestone: 50 years of service in 2027. We look forward to launching a series of activities in celebration of this remarkable achievement.

Thank you, St Vincent and the Grenadines, for 48 years of love and support. 🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨

Here’s to many more years of service, community, and tradition. ❤️
