I am a born Vincentian with the skills of a mixologist, who likes everything fun and sweet.  As long as I have rum or any fruit and a shaker with ice I can mix any drink with the assurance that everything will be nice.

A ruby red Christmas always makes me happy, but don’t forget our local spices, such as nutmeg and the old traditional simmer that surely reminds me of our ancestors.
 
It’s sweet, it brings joy, it’s part of our nation’s heritage, can you guess its sorrel? Some say it’s better served on Christmas mornings,
but in my family, we like it in the evenings.
 
How could I forget our special kick, it’s dark. It’s strong; it’s one of our local rums. Don’t worry, I have come to learn it’s all part of the Vincy fun.

Vincy Mother Nature

Ingredients:
Sparrow’s Premium Rum 2oz
Hairoun Ginger Ale 4 Oz
Nutmeg (pinch)
Sorrel juice 2 oz
Local Honey 1 1/4 oz
Splash of lime
Garnish dried sorrel
Serve with ice
