Well ok then....I worked up a roast with the fair trade, organic, Honduran.....It might just be my favorite of all the coffee I've ever roasted! How's that for news....come try some!

Worked up a couple really nice Columbian roasts. A delicious light roast and for you who like the dark side found a nice dark roast as well. I haven't even started to play with the Honduran yet. Soon though!

Back in Aguas Dulces, Uruguay. Have some new beans coming pretty quick. I can't wait to roast some and see what we can fo with them!!! Yummmm!
