LET’S TALK ABOUT CHICKEN TIPS! 🍗🔥

Thank you for your praise of our Chicken Tips. We’ve seen some praise and interesting conversation about Chicken Tips lately, so we thought we’d share a little history.

We cook the (Original) old fashion Chicken Tips which were traditionally made BONE-IN.

The concept comes from Chicago-style rib tips. Chicken is chopped into smaller, bite-sized pieces, cutting through the meat and bone, then seasoned, smoked and sauced similar to traditional rib tips.

That means YES, Chicken Tips can have bones! Just like rib tips have cartilage and bone, the traditional Chicken Tip preparation can include pieces of bone from the chicken.
