The Holly Creek Creamery Sales Unit will not be open due to the weather. Our efforts will be on making more premium ice cream for events later this week.

Thank you to those who have visited the mobile sales unit at the farm and at Tractor Supply Zebulon the last few days. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

What we do at Holly Creek Creamery is more than just being concerned about selling ice cream. Many know I have experienced some recent health issues and I am still struggling with a right leg problem.

A young man came up to the window to order ice cream. He was counting his quarters. I began talking with him and he asked me if I was hurt. The young man is 20 years old and I am 55. He blew me away after I confirmed my leg hurt and he asked if he could pray for me and touch me. As someone who studies the Scriptures, we talked about Scripture and I had full confidence in his desires and faithfulness.

The young man prayed aloud as he held my hand. Thank you God for sending Noah to us today. Noah blessed us and we reciprocated and gave him a small blessing. I am so thankful!
