Happy Thursday Morning!

At BCP, we believe in wasting as little as possible.

Instead of throwing our scrapes away, we save them for a nice lady, Amanda, that feeds her pigs with them. We thought you might enjoy knowing we do not waste anything.

It's a small thing, but we believe the little things matter.

TLDR: Still down an oven :(.

After a getting the parts needed to get the ovens working one was defective so we had to have another overnighted. Next day go to install the part and it is the wrong part. Have another overnighted. Get to repair today and the oven turns on!!! We had stolen fire from the Gods!!! Right up until they took back. The gremlin we were chasing was the wrong gremlin and need to order another part. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

So, please give us a little grace tonight. We really did try to move heaven and earth to be at full capacity. Next week all ovens will be firing! Promise.

Hello, friends! We’re getting our ovens repaired tomorrow. The appointment is a lil later in the day, and we will not be open until between 1:00-4:00, depending on what needs doing. So, go out and have a beautiful morning and come tell us about it for a late lunch or over dinner!!!

So, not to lower expectations, but we have an oven down and oven on life support. The parts were supposed to be in for a fix, but that didn’t happen 😞. We will be operating as best we can, but we cannot operate at full capacity. I apologize.

We left Bri in charge of the oven...watch to see what happens!
