One of the things I hear all the time from brides, moms, executive assistants, and nonprofit CEOs is:
"What exactly does your team do during the event?"

Here's my answer.
At Top Shelf, we don't just drop off the food and leave.
We arrive early, set up your buffet beautifully, stay throughout your meal service, refill food as needed, bus tables, keep tea and water stocked, clear plates, clean the buffet, take out the trash, and leave the space clean when we're finished.

Our goal is simple.
We want you to enjoy your event instead of worrying about who's taking out the trash, clearing tables, or refilling the tea.

One of my favorite moments is when clients look at me at the end of the event and say, "Oh my goodness...thank you. I didn't realize how much your team handled."

My advice? Always leave room in your budget for service staff. Great food is important, but great hospitality is what allows you to actually enjoy your event and spend time with your guests.
