Yesterday was one of those Sundays that just worked.

Kids choir. Manger in the Middle. Each service pointed us back to what matters most.

Warm coffee. Familiar faces. A shared sense of anticipation as we head toward Christmas Eve.

A good Sunday, heading into a holy week.

Such a fun day at our Kids Christmas Musical. What a sweet reminder that Jesus is the reason for the season.

We can’t wait to see you Wednesday at one of our Christmas Eve services:

☕️ This morning at Coffee Corner, the coffee was hot, but the faith in Hebrews 10 was 🔥.

As we sipped our lattes, we were reminded through today’s message:

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.” - Hebrews 10:23

We also honored the life of Charlie Kirk, and the legacy he left:

1️⃣ Faith above politics
2️⃣ Always pointing to Jesus
3️⃣ Unshakable conviction
4️⃣ Final words filled with hope

His life was a testimony. His message was Jesus.
And even in his final breath, he was saying what Hebrews 10 is still preaching:

“Do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.” (v.35)

So today, between the coffee, the conversation, and the call to courage — we’re reminded to live boldly, love deeply, and cling tightly to the One who never fails.

I Will: Spur One Another On

This morning Pastor Brian continued the “I Will” series with a powerful reminder from Jeremiah 20:9 and Hebrews 10:24–25:

➡️ “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together… but encouraging one another.”

Here are the highlights:

✨ Friendship matters. In hard times, real friends pick you up. We can’t do life alone, even ChatGPT shouldn’t be your “best friend” 😉

✨ Where are you leaning in? Many people today live in solitude, but real connection requires pursuit and intentionality. Push through insecurities and invest in community.

✨ We are always spurring people somewhere. By our words and actions, we either spur others toward Christ or away from Him. Choose encouragement.

✨ Growth takes more than one hour on Sunday, but it’s never less. Attending church isn’t just a habit, it’s life-shaping.

10 Reasons Church Grows You:

Feeds you spiritually (Matthew 4:4)

Connects you (Proverbs 13:20)

Improves mental health

Builds real community (Ecclesiastes 4:9–10)

Challenges your faith (2 Tim. 3:16–17)

Strengthens families (Deut. 6:6–7)

Anchors you in hope (Heb. 6:19)

Brings stability in trials (Matt. 7:24–25)

Increases generosity & service (Acts 20:35)

Prepares us for eternity (Heb. 10:25)

☕ Just like a good latte takes more than one ingredient, our faith requires more than one hour a week. But oh, what a difference that one hour makes when it’s part of your daily walk with Jesus!

💬 Let’s keep spurring one another on this week; with encouragement, hope, and maybe even an extra shot of espresso when needed.

☕✨ Coffee Corner is serving it up this morning, hot food, frozen blends, and lattes that could wake the sleepiest soul. But Pastor Brian’s message with our friends Tony & Vanda from TC Egypt is even more energizing. 🙌

From Acts 1:8, we were reminded that Jesus’ last words weren’t a suggestion, they were a command:
“You will be my witnesses.”

Paul traveled 10,000 miles with urgency to share the gospel because he knew Jesus changes everything. And that same Spirit, that same power lives in us today.

✅ Saved people tell people.
✅ Wherever your feet go, that’s your Jerusalem.
✅ The gospel has no barriers, no borders, no limits.

We speak about what we love, whether it’s our favorite latte or our favorite team, and when Jesus is truly our passion, it becomes easy to share Him too.

So tomorrow when you grab your coffee, remember: the world doesn’t just need caffeine; it needs Christ. Let’s be people with an “I will” mindset:
✨ I will believe God can use me.
✨ I will be intentional with those around me.
✨ I will invite others to church.
✨ I will share how Jesus changed my life.

Because Jesus changes everything. ❤️
