Charlie Staples Pitt Boss BBQ Since 1974, 372 W Rayen Avenue has been Youngstown’s home for Charlie Staples barbecue.

Today, as Charlie Staples Pitt Boss BBQ, we’re keeping the classics you love and raising the bar—extended hours (Tue–Sat 11:00 AM–1:00 AM; Sun 11:00 AM–8:00 PM), online ordering, game-day specials, and event space for private parties. Fifty-one years later, the address is the same, the smoke is steady, and the welcome is still a full cup of love.
