Smokey Bourbon Bacon Baked Beans, Sweet Creamy Corn,
And West Side Sweet Cannoli… These are just the sides to the Southern Style BBQ Pork Sandwich! Which will be served on a Brioche bun, topped with Slaw and Chef Jakes tangy Southern style BBQ Sauce and crispy onions. 🤙🤙

HAPPY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY Hightower Brewing Company!!! Mahalo for letting us be a part of not only the celebration but the community here! This is one big Ohana (family)!
We are set up and ready for breakfast and our full menu!
We also have cannoli made with Black as Sin Porter, Two beer brownies. One made with the Peacock Coal Coffee Stout with candied pecans and then a Strawberry Shortcake Sour with fresh strawberries!
We’re looking forward to seeing all of our favorite people and feeding every last one of you!

Bacon Jam and Chili are ready to go for all of our wonderful Supper Club members at Modern Methods Brewing Company! This is our Gold Medal Menu! The pork slider with bacon jam that won Farmageddon in 2019 and our 3 time award winning Chili! As well as our famous Hawaiian style mac salad!
We are also offering Ghost Porter Chocolate Brownies with candied pecans and walnuts!
