Employee Spotlight: AVA!

Ava is our youngest little employee. She has been in the restaurant industry her entire life so she knows her way around the place pretty well. She has mastered hosting, bussing and dishwashing, and will soon be training in cash handling.

Since she is also a full time student and participates in her schools cross country squad, you might not see her around as much like you do the rest of us. But when you do, hands down, it will certainly be a treat to see her sweet face!

Employee Spotlight! ZAC!

Zac is the man. He came in eager to work and learn everything he could about the BOH. Zac has the best attitude and he's fun to be around. I can count on him to add comical relief throughout some stressful shifts and his taste in music isn't bad either.
Zac helps the most by ensuring the kitchen is properly prepped for a shift and ensuring each co worker has accomplished their daily tasks.
Aside from holding others accountable, he knows all aspects of the kitchen line and assists in training and ensuring food gets out right.

We are so happy to have this guy on our team! Thank you, Zac, for your enthusiasm, your hard work ethic and your dependability. We couldnt do it without you!
