Happy Saturyayyy! We were pretty stocked up yesterday morning and left out of here with 1 single cake in the dining room! 😅 So whipped up some strawberry cake with lemon buttercream for today! Going to attempt to get a batch of cookies or brownies out too. Still have a few strawberry crunch puddin cups also.

11-2 today. Closing slightly early for the holiday weekend ☺️

We are back and allllll better! No more sickly bug! It was rough. However we are starting from scratch being closed all last week. So please have patience as it will take time to get desserts on the floor. Food prep comes first.

When it rains, it pours 😩
Unfortunately what was supposed to be a day of mental rest yesterday turned into picking up a sick child from school and ending the day sick myself 😔 We have no choice but to close today also to keep the germs out the restaurant. We are so very sorry but it’s a strong reminder to cover your mouth when you cough, wash your hands frequently and to stay home if you’re feeling under the weather to prevent the spreading of germs. Hoping to open back up tomorrow.

As most of you know, we have the tiniest staff of 3 operating the restaurant. 2 out of the 3 are single moms working 6 days a week trying to balance home and work life which is not an easy task by any means. So because of that, we all need a mental rest day from time to time. We will be closed today to take that mental rest day and will be back tomorrow hopefully a tad more rested and relaxed 🤞
We do hope you understand and hope to see everyone for the weekend!
