Unscoopervised

Mexican vanilla bean ice cream with brownie batter swirls and Oreo “toffee” crunch
_
You might not want to eat this pint alone, or it might be gone before you can put it down.
_
We start with a Mexican vanilla bean base; it’s creamy and very vanilla forward. We use beans only, no extracts, which gives it a slightly floral flavor that’s incredibly delicious.
_
Then we make what might be one of our most popular, if not the most popular swirl we make. A dense and rich brownie batter that we swirl in the pint.
_
For our Oreo “toffee”, we caramelized butter/sugar mixture like when making toffee, and add that to Oreos before baking. It gives the Oreos the perfect crunch and a toffee like flavor en each bite.

Big Debbie

Butterscotch ice cream with pieces of oatmeal cream pie cookies mixed throughout and frosting swirls.
_
Little Debbie needed a revamp, and papi’s being In the business of helping cream pies in need, we volunteered ourselves to do so.
_
We started by making a buttery, butterscotch sauce which we then mixed with our dairy, and we churn it into a creamy butterscotch ice cream
_
Then we add pieces of oatmeal cream pie cookies throughout the pint, the oatmeal and spices from the cookies go perfectly with the base.
_
Last we finish with frosting swirls, we went lighter with this swirls, with the goal of just adding enough, to have (what we think is) an ideal balance of each element in every bite of the pint.
_
It’s a bite full of nostalgia but also a new and delicious approach.
_

Fallin’ for Biscoff

Pumpkin cheesecake ice cream with a cookie butter caramel swirl and Biscoff gravel.
_
Back by popular demand.
We made this flavor a few weeks back and there was a big demand to bring it back. Being a seasonal flavor we usually o let make once a year, we had to do a second run before the season is over.
_
It starts with a creamy slightly tangy pumpkin cheesecake base, full of warm spices.
_
Then we make a cookie butter caramel. The warm flavors of the cookie butter combined with the toffee/caramel note of the swirl, go perfectly with the pumpkin cheesecake base. And we finish it with a Biscoff cookie gravel
_

Strawberry chamoy sorbet

Strawberry sorbet with a chamoy swirl.
_
Strawberries with chamoy is a typical combination you find in Mexican candy, and it’s just pure nostalgia for me.
_

Golden child

Cake batter ice cream with a cheesecake swirl and golden Oreo gravel.
_
Not saying this could be your favorite, not saying it won’t be.
_
We start with a cake batter base that tastes just like licking the batter of the bowl after making a cake.
_
Then make a creamy cheesecake swirl that’s a little sweet and little tangy, and we finish it with a lightly salted golden Oreo gravel
_

Nice doods

Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream with a dulce de leche swirl and snickerdoodle cookies.
_
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the GOAT of all cereals. And all that cinnamon sugar goodness make it the perfect cereal to eat during fall
_
For this flavor we steep CTC cereal into our base for hours and hours, let the milk soak up all of the flavor and strain it. It’s just like when you eat cereal and have the leftover milk on the bowl.
_
Then we churn it and fold in thick dulce de leche swirls and homemade snickerdoodle cookies bites.
_

Salty Lil B
_
Lightly salted pretzel ice cream with caramel swirls and gooey brownies.
_
This is one of our OG flavors. We made it for the first time in 2019, way before papi’s existed or was even an idea, just experimenting at home for the love of the game.
_
The combination of sweet, saltiness from the base and the caramel and the rich gooey brownies goes amazingly well together.
_
For this flavor, we steep pretzels in our milk/cream mixture for 24+ hours, and strain it. The dairy absorbs all the flavor of the pretzel and we add a hint of salt to make it pop.
_
The we add swirls of our caramel throughout the pint, and some of our homemade double chocolate brownie bites.
_
This flavor will be part of our drop Thursday 10/8 @ 7pm and it’ll be available for both our Yorktown and Richmond locations

Apple c***r sorbet 🍎
_
Apple c***r is probably the most fall like drink there is, we couldn’t go without making a cozy sorbet, that being all those fall warm spices.
_
This flavor is Gluten free and dairy free. This flavor drops today 10/1 @ 7pm. Link for the drop is in our bio.

Butter together.
_
Browned butter base with cream cheese frosting swirls and a ooey gooey buttercake.
_
Browned butter ice cream is an underrepresented flavor in ice cream, specially for the fall/winter months. The warmth of the caramelized butter steeping through the milky and creamy base is delicious.
_
We pair it with a cream cheese frosting because they are the perfect match, the sweetness and light tang of the cream cheese, goes really well with the warmth of the browned butter.
_
We finish with what is, one of my favorite mix ins. Ooey gooey buttercake cake, think about it as yellow cake on crack. Buttery yellow cake bottom, with a gooey topping the perfect beyond of buttery, sweet, gooey cake.
_
