Menu for 10 year anniversary celebration

1. Lola is salty: Sea salt ice cream with a lager beer caramel swirl and cookie dough bites (using knotty Lola by traditions)

2. Hoppy for papi: bourbon barrel aged honey brown ale ice cream, with caramel swirls and brownie bites (using traditions bourbon barrel aged honey brown ale)

3. Can’t get enough of your limes: our version of key lime pie. Cream cheese ice cream with key lime swirls and graham cracker gravel

4. Nutty by the campfire: peanut butter ice cream with marshmallow swirls and a graham cracker/pb cup gravel.

We will be set up at traditions for 1-5 tomorrow Saturday 6/27. See you there

Piña colada’s might be the most iconic vacation drink when you go to a Caribbean vacation. For all of us that can go, we got the best next thing 😂, Piña colada sorbet.

Fresh pineapple juice, mixed with coconut milk/cream and with a splash of Malibu. Creamy, cold, refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day

A sweet and salty caramel ice cream, with pieces of potato chip and pretzel toffee and a fudge swirl.

If you’ve had our caramel, you know it’s 🤌🏼. We make our caramel sauce and add it to our base, sweet and salty perfection.
_
For the bark we take potato chips and pretzels cover them with a brown sugar toffee and top it with chocolate and sea salt. This stuff is addicting.
_
The fudge brings the perfect contrast to the pint and adds richness to it.

Oreo ice cream with a gooey marshmallow fluff swirl with dense and fudgy brownie bites.

It’s hard to beat Oreos as one of the best cookies, which by default makes it hard to beat an Oreo ice cream as one of the best ice creams.
_
Lots of Oreos steeped and blended into our base to give it a perfectly balanced creamy Oreo flavor.
_
We balance the richness with a sweet and fluffy homemade marshmallow swirl, and add another layer of chocolate with gooey brownies pieces mixed throughout the pint

Mexican vanilla bean ice cream with a blackberry jam swirl and homemade Funfetti cake pieces mixed throughout.

This is a perfect flavor for a warm spring/summer day. It starts with a vanilla bean based it’s floral, packed with vanilla bean flecks for a strong vanilla flavor.
_
Then we add extra brightness by making a blackberry jam and swirling it throughout the pint. We strain the seeds of the jam so you get this smooth, sweet, tasty jam.
_
We add a “fun” element by making a Funfetti cake full of sprinkles, and mix pieces of it in each layer of our pint.

Cereal milk ice cream with a chips ahoy gravel and cookies dough bites.

A classic flavor made papis way. We start by steeping cereal into our milk/cream mixture for 24 hours, to let all of the flavor soak up, before straining it.
_
We went with 2 styles of chocolate chip cookies first chips ahoy, which we made into a gravel to keep its crunchy texture, and soft cookie dough bites that we mix throughout.

The 2 greatest cookies clash together to make one amazing flavor!!

Biscoff ice creams tend to always be popular, the warm flavor of the cookies made into ice ce cream, makes for me hell of a scoop.
_
Biscoff paired with Oreos is an absolutely insane combination, specially when it’s an Oreo swirl, which is like eating Oreo cookie butter. It’s dangerous, and it’s hard to put down
_
We finish it up with cookie dough that has white chocolate chips and pretzels to give it a sweet and salty profile, because sweet and salty is always🔥
_
