Butterscotch ice cream with Guiness chocolate cake crumbs and a salted vanilla bean frosting.
Creamy, buttery, sweet, butterscotch ice cream, we make our own butterscotch sauce, which we then blend into our base and it makes for an amazing flavor 🤌🏼

Then we make a Guiness cake and crumble it into the pint. The Guiness elevates the chocolate flavor,
It gives it a lot more depth, which makes for a rich, chocolate forward, moist cake.

We’re big fan not adding salt elements into our ice cream. So we went with a salted vanilla bean frosting swirl. We used mexican vanilla bean, and add a generous dose of salt to make it a sweet and salty element that pairs really well with the other elements and contrasts the sweetness and richness of them.
