Great Pizza! Well done! The flavors, spiciness, saltiness, were well balanced and frankly it's this first time I had a pizza in this town I didn't have to add anything to. Bravo!

Its been a little over a year since we left the market house. A very weird year with what would be fortuitous timing. I think about The Bee, and all of you, every day. Maybe its clinging more tightly to the grand times we shared, and they were grand times, thru these dark and uncertain days. Maybe its a slight realization brought about by being able to back far enough away from the trees to see the forest, and a path thru it, well, a path anyway. Maybe its missing the instant gratification of watching you react to a job well done. Maybe its a combination of all of those things. What a weird, wonderful, and truly enlightening decade it has been. And I thank all of you, from the bottom of my heart, for being a part of it.
